Ages it has been since
I started to dream of this
Dreams are like the smoke
That disappears into the wind

How many stars had I counted?
How many tear drops had dried?
How many times had I lost hope?
Patience is like spending centuries

Hard it is to live with promises

Dreams are out of my control

Illusion is a deep forest

Tomorrow never dies

Once upon in a time
Lived a hen and a rooster
Climbed them on a tree for a goodnight sleep
Started pouring rain with lighting and thunder

Decided them to build a house the day next
Talked them, the insecurity to sleep in open
Recollected, how it should have been
Had they built a house before

The night was cold
The weather windy
The night was long
Unbearable, unbearable
Called the hen

It was morning finally
Ah, today we shall build a house
Reminded they themselves their plan
With their plan in mind, climbed down the tree

On their way met some friends
Had a morning talk
Had a morning walk
But no house building talks

Eventually they forgot their plan
No thought about the early cold night
Never recalled the windy weather
The fun of the day was such

The day went by
As short as blink of an eye
The sun started to set

Finally, it was again time to sleep
The same cold night again
Ah, we forgot to build our house
Should have built it today, said them in a voice together
But, never mind, we will build it tomorrow

After,
Nine months of agony, pain & expecting
Nine months of waiting

When she hears her baby’s first cry
Tears flows like a river in her eye

The first time she holds the baby in her arms
She can feel the baby saying; in your arms I won’t have any harm

She tells to herself, the most beautiful gift ever
Will honor this gift forever

Can see in her eyes,
How much love in her heart there lies

With all the happiness, you can see the worries in her face
The difficulty of the responsibility in upbringing she will face

But still you can also see
She as a mother is ready to anything for free

She thanks her husband
For all the support he gave, times thousand

Take up her hand in prayer to the almighty god for her

Poem writing is something which i never thought i could do, but here i am writing little pieces of it. Its just a start, may b. But my friends would be wondering how i came to write poems.

I tried to write poems even before, but all were failed attempts, and after that i did not even try. And it was after a long time, a chat friend of mine, inspired me. She asked me if i write poetry, to which i gave a obvious reply, NO. Never wrote....

She then told me that the conversations i give are like poetry...haha..funny ha!...but believe me this is what she told me. So from the inspiration, i gave it a try. But still i dont believe i m writing poetry, jus expressing my self i would say.

And the reason why i set this blog up is to share my writings and get feed back. At this point, i would say, i love positive criticsm and welcome you all.

Accounting, a subject which cannot be avoided

Every business transaction needs accounting
Is also referred to as bean counting

For every debit, a credit has to be passed
A principle on which accounting is based

Accountants need not be mathematicians
For, math cannot be used as the magic of magicians

It is not a subject only for weak ones
But also for smart and intelligent ones

A pre-requisite of study is an analytical mind
If not your performance will lag behind

Have many concepts that need to be followed
If not your accounts will be flawed

In preparing accounts, need judgement on going concern
A concept, which should be of absolute concern

A matching between all the revenues
Need to be made to all the expenditures

business entity concept defines owner business separation
Rules the business to owner relation

Of which prudence is an over-riding concept
That which to follow not, you should not opt

To be professional also ve to learn standards
And there is no room for sub standards

Only a portion of a vast knowledge base
As immense as the space

Accounting is needed for sole traders companies & partnerships
Will help to shows the quality of their entrepreneurships

Accounts need to be in line with companies act
And is a well known world wide fact

Best frind of every business man is accounting
Cause the govt requires them to use accounting

A subject which cannot avoided.....

Dissapointment

A son is born
Mothers look is filled with hope
Yet, she did not last to wait see his life

The love of a mother, despite her absence
Was given to him by all that surrounds
Yet, no one is aware how the love will be returned

He grew up with other kids
But different and intelligent than others
Yet, no one knows what he will become

He passed all the grades
Never having to sit the same grade
Yet, no one can foretell what he is to become

Spoil is the last thing
For a teenager that never took a bent step
Yet, no one would believe it could ve been otherwise

Full of surprises
The world is filled with
Yet, no one would agree until they face it

Turn will not be thought
Until it is far from reach
Then you would believe

That all the hopes, love, care and sweat
Is all but a disappointment

FAILING and GAINING

I failed before
Which I never thought afore
Part of life is failing

Brave are those who stand up again
Failing is really a gain
But only if you ponder

Hard may be the work
Dark may be the road
So toughen your will to succeed

Plenty of stories read u as a kid
Make strong your soul by it
Full is history of such stories

You will surely face difficulty
People around is also a difficulty
Prove them of your ability

Ask of them who did succeed
Was their journey a smooth wheel?
Merely it would have been both

Now that I have learned from my experience
Now that I have learned from other’s experience
Hard is not it to believe, life is both failing and gaining
